Hier krijg jij positieve energie van - Een brede specialistische rol waarin salarisadministratie, pensioen, werknemersverzekeringen en wagenparkbeheer samenkomen. - Complexe vraagstukken uitpluizen en met jouw kennis van wet- en regelgeving, AFAS en arbeidsvoorwaarden tot de juiste oplossing komen. - Veel zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid, terwijl je tegelijk bouwt aan slim ingerichte, steeds verder geautomatiseerde processen. Dit ga je doen als Payroll & Benefits Medewerker Jij zorgt ervoor dat collega's kunnen vertrouwen op een salarisadministratie die klopt. Iedere maand controleer je de salarisverwerking, pensioenadministratie en de werknemersverzekeringen. Je beoordeelt declaraties op fiscale juistheid, verwerkt bijzondere mutaties zoals overwerk, leaseauto's en de fietsregeling en zorgt dat alles klopt, tot achter de komma. Collega's weten jou te vinden met vragen over salaris, pensioen, verzekeringen en arbeidsvoorwaarden. Dankzij jouw expertise maak je complexe berekeningen en regelingen begrijpelijk. Daarnaast kijk je continu hoe het slimmer kan. Je analyseert processen, signaleert verbeterkansen en denkt mee over verdere automatisering van de salarisadministratie en de inrichting van AFAS. Daarbij vertaal je wijzigingen in wet- en regelgeving naar werkbare oplossingen en help je processen steeds efficiënter en betrouwbaarder te maken.
