Heb jij een scherp oog voor kwaliteit, cijfers en processen en krijg je energie van het continu verbeteren van payroll? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Als HR Payroll Coordinator ben jij de interne eigenaar van het payrollproces binnen Nederland. Hoewel de salarisadministratie is uitbesteed aan onze payrollpartner, voer jij de regie over het volledige proces. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de payrollketen, controleert de salarisverwerking, zorgt voor correcte financiële aansluitingen en bent het inhoudelijke aanspreekpunt voor HR, Finance, management en onze externe payrollprovider. WAAR KOM JE TE WERKEN Je werkt binnen een dynamische organisatie met meerdere Nederlandse entiteiten, verschillende cao's en een groot medewerkersbestand. Samen met collega's van HR Support, HR Systems, Compensation & Benefits en Finance zorg je ervoor dat onze medewerkers iedere maand correct en tijdig worden betaald. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol bij procesverbeteringen, wet- en regelgeving en de verdere professionalisering van onze payrollorganisatie. Je standplaats is ons moderne kantoor in het hart van Zaltbommel. Flexibiliteit vinden wij belangrijk: bij een fulltime dienstverband kun je 1 dag per week vanuit huis werken, terwijl ons kantoor altijd een fijne plek is om samen te werken. Tijdens de lunch zoeken we elkaar graag op, of dat nu in de kantine is, tijdens een wandeling of bij de lokale broodjeszaak.
