YOUR JOB

Als payroll expert word je ingezet bij één van onze klanten. Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder meer uit:

  • Correcte registratie van salarissen, premies, vakantie- en ziektedagen. Vervolgens zorg je voor berekening en de uitbetaling hiervan.
  • Beantwoorden van HR gerelateerde vragen van medewerkers.
  • Mogelijks word je ingezet voor het optimaliseren van HR payroll processen van onze klant.
  • Je hebt oog voor de toekomstvisie van jouw klant en biedt hierin ondersteuning.
  • Werken met HRIS-systemen en payrollsoftware zoals Workday, SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle, Eblox of Protime.
  • Toepassen van HR Analytics en data-gedreven HR voor optimalisatie van payroll en retentiebeleid.
  • Wij bieden projecten aan bij internationale klanten verspreid over heel Vlaanderen, bijvoorbeeld in Puurs, Mechelen, Kontich, Vilvoorde, Asse of Leuven. Hierbij wordt rekening gehouden met de regio waarin jij woonachtig bent.

Kortom, je beheert het volledige payroll proces van A tot Z.

YOUR SKILLS

Must have

  • Je kan je goed uitdrukken in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels is een mooie plus.
  • Je hebt minimum 5 jaar aan relevante ervaring opgedaan binnen payroll.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het payrollproces van A tot Z: van correcte loonsverwerking en berekening van eindejaarspremies tot Dimona-aangiftes en sociale documenten.
  • Grondige kennis van Belgische sociale wetgeving en loonverwerking.
  • Ervaring met payrollsoftware zoals Workday, SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle, Eblox of Protime.

Nice to have

  • Sterke Excel-vaardigheden.
  • Probleemoplossend vermogen en stressbestendigheid.
  • Blijft steeds up to date met veranderingen in sociale wetgeving.
  • Interesse in digitalisering en automatisering van HR-administratie.

YOUR SKILLS

Jij hebt een hart voor HR administratie, dat merkt iedereen aan de nauwkeurigheid die je elke dag hanteert. Jouw passie voor het vak ontdekte je tijdens je Bachelor of Master in Sociaal Werk, Handelswetenschappen, Psychologie, TEW of een andere HR gerelateerde richting. Je hebt minimum 2 jaar aan relevante ervaring opgedaan binnen payroll. Hier heb je de basics van bepaalde payroll software pakketten onder de knie gekregen. Verder kun je je goed uitdrukken in het Nederlands. Daarnaast is kennis Frans en/of Engels een mooi pluspunt.
