Ben jij de nauwkeurige en betrouwbare Payroll Officer die wij zoeken? In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verzamelen, verwerken en controleren van alle gegevens die essentieel zijn voor een efficiënte, correcte en tijdige loon- en personeelsadministratie. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle payrollprocessen voldoen aan de geldende sociale wetgeving en interne procedures.

Daarnaast ben je betrokken bij de volgende opdrachten:

  • Verwerk je de maandelijkse loonadministratie in nauwe samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat.
  • Verzamel en verwerk je loon- en prestatiegegevens.
  • Maak, controleer en beheer je sociale documenten.
  • Beheer en actualiseer je personeelsdossiers.
  • Zorg voor de administratieve opvolging van in- en uitdiensttredingen.
  • Volg je afwezigheden, ziektegevallen, arbeidsongevallen, tijdsregistratie, verlof en overuren nauwgezet op.
  • Verwerk je wijzigingen in arbeidsvoorwaarden, contracten en personeelsgegevens.
  • Volg je verzekerings- en schadedossiers met betrekking tot personeel.
  • Bereid je rapportages en payroll-gerelateerde analyses voor.
  • Adviseer en ondersteun je medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij vragen over lonen, sociale wetgeving en personeelsadministratie.
  • Signaliseer je mogelijkheden voor optimalisatie binnen payroll- en HR-processen.

Wij zoeken een kandidaat die voldoet aan de volgende vereisten:

  • Uitgebreide kennis van sociale wetgeving en arbeidsrecht.
  • Ervaring met payroll- en personeelsadministratie.
  • Kennis van software van het sociaal secretariaat en payrollsystemen.
  • Sterke beheersing van het MS Office-pakket, met name Excel.
  • Bekendheid met interne procedures en richtlijnen.
  • Vloeiend in het Nederlands; kennis van het Frans en Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Vermogen om zelfstandig te werken binnen vastgestelde procedures.
  • Een hoge mate van discretie bij het omgaan met personeels- en looninformatie.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid voor een correcte, tijdige en conforme loonverwerking.
  • Professionele en klantgerichte houding naar medewerkers en externe stakeholders.
