Als Payroll Officer speel je een sleutelrol binnen onze organisatie: jij zorgt ervoor dat alles rond lonen en sociale wetgeving tot in de puntjes klopt. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en klantgerichtheid draag je bij aan een vlotte werking bij onze klanten én maak je echt het verschil voor hun medewerkers.

Jobomschrijving

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

In deze rol neem je verantwoordelijkheid op voor een breed en boeiend takenpakket:

  • Zelfstandig berekenen van lonen van medewerkers bij onze klanten (voornamelijk openbare besturen).
  • Administratieve opvolging en controle van alle payroll-gerelateerde processen.
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij vragen over sociaal-juridische en administratieve onderwerpen (via mail, telefoon ...).
  • Up-to-date blijven met de laatste ontwikkelingen in sociale wetgeving, ondersteund door jouw team en de juridische dienst.
  • Gelegenheid om jouw kennis te delen, bv. door een opleiding of presentatie aan klanten te geven

Jouw profielMust haves

  • Een bachelordiploma in een relevante richting.
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in payroll/liefst in sociaal secretariaat.
  • Grondige kennis van de sociale wetgeving en loonberekening.
  • Nauwkeurig, communicatief en klantgericht, met zin voor verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands.

Nice to haves

  • Ervaring met publieke sector of notariaten.
  • Affiniteit met het geven van opleidingen of presentaties.
  • Interesse in digitale tools of HR-software.
