In deze functie combineer je vakinhoudelijke diepgang, klantcontact én advies, precies wat veel salarisprofessionals zoeken! Jouw functie Op onze afdeling Salaris & HR Services afdeling in Delft (of Amstelveen) werk je samen met 12 Salarisadministrateurs voor zo'n 1600 werkgevers in uiteenlopende branches. Jij wordt het aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten. Je houdt je bezig met: • Verwerken van verloningen en mutaties • Journalisering, afgeven van werkgeversverklaringen, behandelen van verlofaanvragen • Pensioen- en loonaangiften • Signaleren van bijzonderheden en kansen • Beantwoorden van cao-, salaris- en HR-gerelateerde vragen Daarnaast heb je een duidelijke adviserende rol: Je helpt klanten met het optimaal gebruiken van de HR-functionaliteit binnen onze applicatie, én je adviseert over relevante wijzigingen in wet- en CAO-regelgeving. Je werkt samen met een hecht team, waarmee je kwaliteit, consistentie en uitstekende service garandeert. Door het directe klantcontact bouw je sterke relaties op en leer je elke dag bij.
