Ben jij een expert in loonadministratie en zoek je een uitdagende rol waarin je je volledig kunt focussen op pure payroll? Voor een vooraanstaande speler in de regio Antwerpen zijn wij op zoek naar een HR Payroll Specialist (Medior) met een sterke affiniteit voor de verwerking van arbeiderspayroll.

In deze spilfunctie ben jij de expert die instaat voor een vlekkeloze personeels- en loonadministratie en vorm je een belangrijke brugfiguur tussen medewerkers, management en het externe sociaal secretariaat.

Wat houdt de functie in?

  • Loonverwerking: Je draagt de zorg voor een nauwkeurige en tijdige verwerking van complexe looncomponenten (premies, vergoedingen, afwijkingen).
  • Dossierbeheer & Aangiften: Je volgt specifieke personeelsdossiers en sociale risico-aangiften gestructureerd op.
  • Advies & Aanspreekpunt: Je treedt op als inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt voor het sociaal secretariaat en verleent advies aan interne belanghebbenden.
  • Optimalisatie: Je denkt actief mee over de digitalisering, standaardisatie en efficiëntie van de payrollprocessen en test mee bij systeemupdates.

Naar wie zijn we op zoek?

  • Ervaring: Je beschikt over minstens 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring binnen payroll, met name voor arbeidersprofielen
  • Sociale wetgeving: Je hebt een goede kennis van de toepasselijke sociale wetgeving en sectorale cao's binnen relevante paritaire comités.
  • Systemen & Talen: Ervaring met gangbare payroll- en tijdsregistratiesystemen (kennis van SAP/SD Worx is een troef). • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een degelijke kennis van het Frans.
  • Mobiliteit: Gezien de ligging van de locatie is eigen vervoer noodzakelijk.
  • Eigenschappen: Je werkt uiterst discreet, bent cijfermatig sterk, nauwkeurig en helder in je communicatie.
