Als pedagogisch medewerker BSO in de flexpool, mét een vast aantal uren per week, werk je op verschillende gro-up locaties in Capelle aan den IJssel. Je begeleidt kinderen van diverse leeftijden en organiseert creatieve, sportieve en uitdagende activiteiten. Omdat geen kind hetzelfde is, kijk je per dag wat ieder kind nodig heeft om zich optimaal te ontwikkelen. Je hebt veel vrijheid in je werkweek en springt bij waar jouw inzet nodig is. Daardoor leer je verschillende groepen en werkwijzen kennen. Samen met collega's zorg je voor een veilige en inspirerende omgeving waarin kinderen zichzelf kunnen zijn.
