The posting

We zijn op zoek naar jou als verantwoordelijke (met pedagogische ondersteuning) in ons kinderdagverblijf.

Je komt in een warm, huiselijk kinderdagverblijf terecht. We zijn een hecht TEAM met veel respect en waardering voor elkaar.

Momenteel voldoen we al aan de kindratio, 5 kindjes per kinderbegeleider maar streven toch naar nog minder kinderen per kinderbegeleider.

Jouw opdracht? Een team leiden dat elke dag het verschil maakt voor onze kindjes, de ouders en de collega's. Meebouwen aan een kinderdagverblijf dat zich elke dag inzet en nog verder zal groeien en bloeien.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Pedagogische ondersteuning bieden in ons kinderdagverblijf;
  • Je verdiepen in de regelgeving en deze uitwerken;
  • Activiteiten voor baby’s en peuters mee begeleiden;
  • Observeren & de veiligheid controleren tijdens onze werking;
  • Op zoek gaan naar haalbare verbeteringen;
  • Openstaan om bepaalde vormingen te volgen.

We hebben een TEAM voor de opvang van 47 IKT-plaatsen:

  • 4 vaste kinderbegeleiders bij de baby’s (voor max 22 baby’s in 2 aparte groepen)
  • 3 vaste kinderbegeleiders bij de peuters (voor max 24 peuters in 3 aparte groepen)
  • 1 administratieve collega; Linda (inschrijvingen, bestellingen, doorschuif, Mentor +)
  • 1 logistieke
  • 1 verantwoordelijke (met pedagogische taken en ondersteuning); jij?
  • 1 mede-verantwoordelijke; Gitte
  • 1 organisator; Kirsten De Belder
  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor diploma, dit is vereist voor het departement Opgroeien.
  • Je bent creatief & enthousiast.
  • Je hebt een hart voor kinderen.
  • Je kan je inleven in de wereld van kinderen.
