It is therefore a strict requirement for applicants to speak and write fluent Dutch in order to qualify for a position at BeFrank Jouw impact als Pensioencoach Als Pensioencoach bij BeFrank ben je van A tot Z verantwoordelijk voor pensioencontracten vanaf 150 deelnemers. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de werkgever en de pensioenadviseur. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze dienstverlening vlekkeloos verloopt. Naast relatiemanagement ben je dus ook verantwoordelijk op administratief gebied. Wij vertrouwen op jouw kennis en expertise, die je niet alleen bij klanten inzet maar ook binnen de organisatie. Ad hoc werkzaamheden zijn dagelijkse kost, je hoeft je als Pensioencoach nooit te vervelen. En natuurlijk zet je je in om onze dienstverlening elke dag een beetje beter te maken. Bijvoorbeeld door creatief mee te denken in oplossingen voor onze klanten. Dit betekent dat je eigenaarschap neemt wanneer je iets ziet wat beter kan. Een breed takenpakket dus! Met wie je werkt Als Pensioencoach bij BeFrank maak je onderdeel uit van het Client Services team, dat bestaat uit ongeveer 35 BeFrankers.
