Wir suchen 1 Person für eine verkürzte Lehrausbildung zum/zur Einzelhandelskauffrau:mann Im Rahmen der verkürzten Lehre der AQUA Maßnahme

in 18 Monaten mit LAP -

für unsere PENNY Filiale in 4300 ST. VALENTIN Werkstr./Kriemhildstr. 20

Ihre Aufgaben - vielseitig wie der Handel:

* Kompetente und freundliche Beratung unserer Kund:innen

* Beratung und Verkauf

* Ansprechende Platzierung der Waren

* Termingerechte Bestellung sowie korrekte Übernahme der Waren

* Sie bekommen eine eineinhalbjährige Ausbildung und werden durch die Herausforderungen des Arbeitsalltags begleitet.

Dein Profil - stark wie unsere Marken:

* Abgeschlossene 9. Schulstufe oder Schulabbrecher:innen höherer Schulen

* Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen und ausgeprägte Kund:innen-Orientierung

* Zuverlässigkeit und Freundlichkeit

* Unternehmerisches Denken und Flexibilität

* Ausgeprägter Teamgedanke

Du wirst im Rahmen der AQUA Maßnahme eine verkürzte Lehre und ein betriebliches Praktikum absolvieren. Für die Dauer der Ausbildung erhältst du weiterhin Arbeitslosengeld, Notstandshilfe oder Beihilfe zur Deckung des Lebensunterhaltes und zusätzlich monatlich einen Schulungszuschlag von bis zu EUR 13,35.

Ziel:

Eintritt in ein ordentliches Dienstverhältnis im selben Unternehmen nach Ausbildungsende; Mindestgehalt auf Vollzeitbasis nach Ausbildungsende: ab EUR 2.195 (brutto)
