Teilzeit 25 Std. pro Woche; 5-Tage-Woche / Karenzvertretung (Weiterbeschäftigung wird angestrebt)

Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben - Gemeinsam Großes leisten

* Ermittlung/Planung des Personalbedarfes für unsere Stützpunkte in der Steiermark

* Disposition des Eigenpersonals

* Organisation von medizinischen Untersuchungen, Weiterbildungen, Verlängerung von Zertifikaten (Schweißer, Flanschenschulung, PSA gegen Absturz usw.)

* Beschaffung von Quartieren für Eigenpersonal samt Eingabe ins Rechnungsportal

* Personalabrufe bei Zeitarbeitsfirmen samt Paperwork (z.B.: Überstellungsblatt,...)

* Zugangsorganisation bei Kunden (z.B.: Sicherheitsunterweisungen,...) und je nach Notwendigkeit/Bedarf Vorortbetreuung zu Einsatzbeginn

* Einholung von Mitarbeiter-Beurteilungen, insbes. von Zeitarbeitern

* Datenpflege in der Dispo-Datenbank (Anlage von Personalnummern, e-card, Zeugnisse, Arbeitspapiere usw.)

* Ansprechpartner für Rechnungsprüfung bei Differenzen und Unklarheiten

* Sonstige Administration (z.B.: wöchentlicher Personalstand, Ausstellung von Antragsformularen samt Rechnungsprüfung für optische Schutzbrillen, Gehörschutz usw.)

Das bringen Sie mit

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, HAK, o.ä.), sowie einschlägige Berufserfahrung

* Gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS-Office und SAP)

* Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität

* Selbständiges, eigenverantwortliches und genaues Arbeiten

* Kommunikative, kontaktfreudige Persönlichkeit

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Monatsbruttogehalt ab € 3.000,00 auf Vollzeitbasis. Die Entlohnung erfolgt nach dem Kollektivvertrag für ArbeiterInnen und Angestellte des Fachverbands der Metalltechnischen Industrie. Selbstverständlich sind wir bei höherer Qualifikation zu einer marktkonformen Überzahlung bereit.
