Unser Kunde in Brixlegg ist ein gut aufgestelltes Unternehmen mit klaren Strukturen - und sucht ab sofort jemanden, der die Personalverrechnung wirklich beherrscht. Wenn Sie Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen gewissenhaft und termingenau abwickeln und dabei gerne eigenverantwortlich arbeiten, dann könnten Sie hier genau richtig sein.

Sie steigen direkt beim Unternehmen ein - keine Zwischenlösung, kein Umweg. Eine stabile Stelle mit echter, langfristiger Perspektive in einem eingespielten Team.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen laufen über Ihren Schreibtisch - verlässlich und pünktlich

* Operative PV-Themen begleiten Sie von Anfang bis Ende

* Mitarbeiterdaten pflegen und aktuell halten

* Ein- und Austritte sauber und vollständig abwickeln

* Karenzen, Exekutionen und laufende PV-Spezialthemen bearbeiten

* Direkter Ansprechpartner für Behörden und Kolleginnen im Haus

* Allgemeine HR-Verwaltungsaufgaben je nach Bedarf

Ihr Profil

* Sie haben Erfahrung in der Personalverrechnung - am besten aus der Praxis

* Genaues Arbeiten ist für Sie keine Floskel, sondern Selbstverständlichkeit

* Abrechnungsprozesse kennen Sie aus dem Alltag, nicht nur aus dem Lehrbuch

* Sie arbeiten gerne selbstständig und behalten auch bei größeren Mitarbeiterzahlen den Überblick

* Erfahrung mit SAP oder vergleichbaren Systemen: ein Plus, aber kein Muss
