WAS DU BEI SMW MACHST:

Selbstständige Durchführung der Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung und der damit verbundenen fachspezifischen Agenden (Angestellte und Arbeiter)

Dienstvertragsmanagement (Ein- und Austrittsprozesse) und Zeiterfassungsmanagement

Ansprechperson bei arbeits-, sozialversicherungs- sowie lohnsteuerrechtlichen Fragestellungen für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter*innen

Selbstständige Koordination der Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsprüfung

Kontinuierliche, selbstständige Informationspflicht über gesetzliche und kollektivvertragliche Neuerungen

Personalmanagement (Onboarding, etc)

WAS SOLLTEST DU MITBRINGEN:

Berufserfahrung in der Personalverrechnung,

idealerweise im industriellen (Konzern) Umfeld oder in einer StB/WPKanzlei

Personalverrechnungsprüfung vorausgesetzt

Praktische Erfahrung in BMD NTCS wünschenswert

Sehr gute Kenntnisse im österreichischen Arbeits-, Sozial- und Einkommenssteuerrecht
