* Ein Bruttomonatsmindestentgelt laut Kollektivvertrag Diakonie Österreich ab € 2.864,60 (Vollzeit, 37 Wochenstunden). Die Anrechnung von Vordienstzeiten erfolgt nach dem Kollektivvertrag.

Deine Aufgaben:

* Eigenständige Durchführung der Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung (für mehrere Kollektivverträge)

* Ansprechpartner:in für Kolleg:innen bei Fragen zu Gehalt, Abgaben & Co.

* Kommunikation mit Behörden, Ämtern und Sozialversicherungsträgern

* Erstellung von Dienstverträgen, Bearbeitung von Ein- & Austritten

* Mitarbeit bei der Abwicklung individueller Teilzeitmodelle (Elternzeit, Altersteilzeit, Sabbatical etc.)

* Arbeiten mit BMD NTCS und Zeiterfassungssystemen

Das bringst Du mit:

* Eine abgeschlossene Personalverrechnungsausbildung

* Kenntnisse in der Personalverrechnung

* Freude am Arbeiten mit Zahlen und am Umgang mit Menschen

* Genauigkeit, Diskretion und Organisationstalent

* Teamgeist und die Bereitschaft, Neues zu lernen
