DAS ERWARTET SIE BEI UNS:

* Sie verantworten die laufende Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung für einen definierten Mitarbeiter_innenkreis.

* Sie sind kompetente Ansprechperson für Mitarbeiter_innen und Führungskräfte in allen Fragen der Personalverrechnung.

* Sie bearbeiten arbeits-, sozialversicherungs- und steuerrechtliche Themen und kommunizieren mit Behörden sowie Institutionen.

* Sie verwalten digitale Personalakten und erstellen Dokumente entlang des gesamten Employee Life Cycles.

* Sie bringen Ihre Ideen bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer HR-Systeme ein und unterstützen Digitalisierungs- sowie Optimierungsprojekte aktiv mit.

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT:

* Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Personalverrechnung und/oder Arbeitsrecht.

* Sie haben bereits erste praktische Erfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung gesammelt.

* Sie bringen gute Anwenderkenntnisse in Sage DPW mit.

* Eine genaue, serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Freude an digitalen Prozessen zeichnen Sie aus.
