Wir erweitern unser Team und sind auf der Suche nach 1 Personalverrechner:in (m/w/d) in WIEN IHRE AUFGABEN - DU HAST FREUDE AN:

* Durchführung der laufenden Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung für Arbeiter:innen und Angestellte

* Ansprechpartner:in für lohnsteuer-, sozialversicherungs- und arbeitsrechtliche Fragen

* Umsetzung gesetzlicher sowie kollektivvertraglicher Änderungen

* Mitarbeit bei Monats- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten

* Enge Zusammenarbeit und Austausch mit anderen Abteilungen und externen Partnern

* Mitarbeit an Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung im Bereich Personalverrechnung

IHR PROFIL - DAS ZEICHNET DICH AUS:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie erfolgreich absolvierte Weiterbildung zum/zur Personalverrechner:in

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Personalverrechnung

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer-, Sozialversicherungs- und Arbeitsrecht

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; idealerweise Erfahrung mit BMD und/oder Navision

* Analytische Denkweise, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Zahlenaffinität

* Teamgeist, Engagement und die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten
