Das ist zukünftig dein Job

* Eigenständige Durchführung der laufenden Personalverrechnung für rund 200 Mitarbeiter:innen

* Betreuung unterschiedlicher Beschäftigtengruppen und Abwicklung sämtlicher abrechnungsrelevanter Prozesse

* Ansprechperson für arbeitsrechtliche Fragestellungen wie Kündigungen, Vertragsänderungen oder Altersteilzeit

* Unterstützung bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben im HR-Bereich

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR-Team, Führungskräften sowie angrenzenden Fachbereichen

* Sicherstellung einer korrekten, termingerechten und gesetzlichen Abrechnung

* Laufende Pflege und Verwaltung personalrelevanter Daten und Stamminformationen

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Erfolgreich absolvierte Personalverrechnungs-Ausbildung bzw. Personalverrechnungsakademie

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der eigenständigen Personalverrechnung

* Gute Kenntnisse im österreichischen Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Steuerrecht

* Erfahrung mit Personalverrechnungs- und Zeiterfassungssystemen

* Hohe Genauigkeit, Verlässlichkeit und ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Teamorientierte und diskrete Persönlichkeit mit langfristigem Interesse an einer Fachkarriere
