The posting

Wir sind eine renommierte, österreichweit vertretene Steuerberatungskanzlei im Zentrum von Innsbruck und wollen unserem stetig wachsenden Klientenstock die bestmögliche Beratung bieten. Daher suchen wir zur Unterstützung 1 Personalverrechner (w/m/d) in VOLL- oder TEILZEITBESCHÄFTIGUNG (20 - 40 Wochenstunden) und in Daueranstellung.

Das erwartet Sie

* laufende Personalverrechnung für Kund_innen, Administration von Ein- und Austritten, Reisekostenabrechnungen

* Verwaltung von Urlauben und Krankenständen, sowie sonstigen Abwesenheiten

* arbeits- und sozialversicherungsrechtliche Fragestellungen

* selbständiges Arbeiten sowie im Team

* regelmäßiger Kontakt mit Kund_innen, Ämtern und Behörden

* Arbeitsentlastung durch digitale Tools wie TPA Connect (elektronisches Kundenportal mit digitalem Personalakt, etc.)

Das bringen Sie mit

* kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Matura (z. B. HAK/HBLA) sowie Erfahrung in der Personalverrechnung, vorzugsweise in einer Steuerberatungskanzlei

* absolvierte Ausbildung in der Personalverrechnung (bevorzugt WIFI) ist vorteilhaft

* strukturierter Arbeitsstil und diskreter Umgang mit Daten

* Kommunikationsfreude, Serviceorientierung und Spaß an der Arbeit mit Zahlen

* routinierter Umgang mit MS-Office, BMD-NTCS Kenntnisse sind ein zusätzliches Plus

* Interesse, neue Lösungen zur Digitalisierung von Abläufen mitzuentwickeln

* Diskretion
