IHRE ROLLE BEI UNS

* Laufende monatliche Gehalts- und Lohnverrechnungen unserer KlientInnnen (KV: Handel, IT, Gewerbe, Bau)

* Ansprechpartner:in für lohnsteuerliche, sozialversicherungs- und arbeitsrechtliche Fragen unserer KlientInnen

* Erstellung und Durchführung diverser Bestätigungen und Meldungen und Kontakt zu externen Ansprechpartner:innen (zB ÖGK, Finanzamt)

IHR KOMPETENZPROFIL

* Kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HBLA, Lehre o.ä)

* Diplom in Personalverrechnung und Arbeitsrecht

* mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Personalverrechnung, idealerweise in einer Steuerberatungskanzlei

* Erfahrung mit BMD/NTCS ist erforderlich

* MS Office Kenntnisse

* Affinität zu neuen Technologien und Digitalisierung (papierlose Kanzlei)

* Genaue, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweiseº

* Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Teamgeist und persönliches Engagement

* Serviceorientierung, Einsatzfreude und Freude an der Kundenberatung

UNSER ANGEBOT

* Das monatliche Bruttogehalt für diese Position beträgt ab EUR 3.000,00 (Vollzeit, 40 Wochenstunden; Jahresbruttogehalt EUR 42.000,00).
