Dan zoeken wij jou! Voor Kinderopvang Zonnelicht zijn we op zoek naar een accurate Personeelsplanner ter vervanging van zwangerschapsverlof van 1 november tot mei 2027.

Zonnelicht biedt al 40 jaar een veilige en vertrouwde omgeving waarin kinderen van 3 maanden tot 12 jaar zich vrij kunnen ontwikkelen. Wat ga je doen?

Als Personeelsplanner ben je verantwoordelijk voor een nauwkeurige en efficiënte roosterplanning van ons team binnen de organisatie. Je bent de spil in de personeelsadministratie én het eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega's bij vragen over roosters en bezetting.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

- Maken, beheren en optimaliseren van de personeelsroosters.

- Opvangen van uitval en beheren van vervanging bij ziekte en verlof.

- Onderhouden van helder en servicegericht contact met collega's over de planning.

- Uitvoeren van algemene administratie rondom urenregistratie en jaarplanningen.

- Afhandelen van inkomende vragen via telefoon en e-mail.

Wat breng jij mee?

- HBO werk- en denkniveau.

- Ervaring met administratieve processen en personeelsplanningssoftware (ervaring met TactiPlan of soortgelijke KOV-planningssystemen is een pré).

- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in woord en schrift.

- Nauwkeurigheid, overzicht en oog voor detail.

- Een proactieve, stressbestendige werkhouding.
