Vind je het fijn om je groene vingers aan het werk te zetten en tegelijkertijd een waardevolle bijdrage te leveren aan het dagelijkse leven van een ander? Voor een rustige en vriendelijke budgethouder met de ziekte van Bechterew zijn we op zoek naar een persoonlijke assistent. Naast het werken in een prachtige tuin vol bloemen en planten, biedt deze rol ook de mogelijkheid om kleine huishoudelijke en zorgende taken op te nemen.

In deze rol ondersteun je de budgethouder niet alleen bij het onderhoud van de tuin, maar bied je ook hulp bij dagelijkse taken. Samen zorgen jullie voor de bloemen, planten en het onderhoud van de tuin, een plek waar de budgethouder echt tot rust komt. Daarnaast voer je, afhankelijk van de behoeften, ook andere taken uit, zoals: Hout binnenbrengen in de winter en kleine praktische klussen in huis uitvoeren.

De budgethouder is een rustig persoon die, ondanks zijn fysieke beperkingen, geniet van het werken in de tuin. Hij is zelfstandig op goede dagen, maar maakt op mindere dagen gebruik van een rollator of rolstoel. Hij kijkt ernaar uit om een fijne samenwerking op te bouwen en samen met jou mooie projecten in de tuin en daarbuiten aan te pakken.

We zoeken een betrokken assistent die zich herkent in de volgende eigenschappen:

  • Tuinliefhebber met een passie voor bloemen en planten.
  • Flexibel en geduldig, met respect voor de fysieke beperkingen van de budgethouder.
  • Fysiek sterk om zakken grond op te heffen, etc.
  • Geen probleem met honden; er wonen drie honden in huis.
  • Je bent bereid om enkele uren per week ondersteuning te voorzien, dit kan bv over 3u per week gaan.

Ervaring is niet vereist! Als je leergierig bent, helpt de budgethouder je graag om nieuwe vaardigheden onder de knie te krijgen.
