Ben jij iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid krijgt en voldoening haalt uit het echt kunnen helpen van iemand? Dan ben jij misschien de persoon die ik zoek.

Ik ben 36 jaar en door een ernstige chronische ziekte ben ik grotendeels bedgebonden en rolstoelafhankelijk. Toch probeer ik, met de juiste ondersteuning, zoveel mogelijk zelf de regie over mijn leven te behouden. Ik hou van structuur, humor en creatieve oplossingen. Daarom zoek ik een tweede persoonlijke assistente die samen met mijn andere assistente een klein, stabiel team vormt dat samen probeert mee mijn dagelijks leven te organiseren.

Dit is géén klassieke zorgjob.

Zo werk je meestal ook voor ik wakker ben al een paar uur zelfstandig. Persoonlijke verzorging hoort erbij, maar minstens even belangrijk zijn huishoudelijke taken, administratie, planning, organiseren en praktisch meedenken. Je bent eigenlijk mijn extra armen en benen: iemand die ervoor zorgt dat mijn dagelijks leven blijft draaien.

Je taken

Je werk is heel gevarieerd en bestaat onder andere uit:

  • koken, wassen, boodschappen en schoonmaak (klein appartement)
  • afspraken plannen, telefoons afhandelen en administratie uitvoeren
  • vervoer naar afspraken
  • persoonlijke verzorging
  • ondersteuning bij stomazorg en sondage (materiaal voorbereiden, aangeven en opruimen)
  • communicatie met mijn ouders, andere assistente en vrijwilligers
  • allerlei praktische taken die zich in het dagelijks leven voordoen

Geen enkele dag is identiek.

Wie zoek ik?

Ik zoek geen perfecte kandidaat, maar wel iemand die:

  • zelfstandig kan werken
  • initiatief neemt en zelf werk ziet
  • georganiseerd en nauwkeurig is
  • graag problemen oplost
  • zowel huishoudelijke, administratieve als verzorgende taken graag doet
  • goed overweg kan met computer, laptop en smartphone
  • positief en empathisch is
  • niet snel vies is van iets
  • openstaat om nieuwe dingen te leren
  • Niet allergische aan katten en idealiter kattenliefhebber
  • op max 30 minuten van Rotselaar dorp woont

Een zorgdiploma of ervaring is NIET nodig. Motivatie, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en leergierigheid zijn veel belangrijker.

Praktisch

  • 2 dagen van 5u/week OF 2 dagen van 5u/week en 1 dag van 3u/week
  • werkdagen in de voormiddag
  • starten tussen 8u en 9u
  • fysiek in staat om te tillen, fysieke ondersteuning te bieden en voor lange termijn fysiek belastbaar
  • perfect Nederlandstalig
  • rijbewijs B + eigen wagen
  • mondmasker dragen tijdens het werk (noodzakelijk voor mijn gezondheid, maar er is airco)
  • €21 bruto/uur + €10 maaltijdcheques
  • rechtstreeks in dienst
  • mogelijkheid om betaalde permanenties op te nemen

Ik zoek iemand die zich voor langere tijd wil engageren en mee wil bouwen aan een warme samenwerking waarin vertrouwen, open communicatie en wederzijds respect centraal staan.
