De uren zijn bespreekbaar tussen de 24 en 32 uur per week. Kom jij bij ons binnen?*** Ter Valcke 24 - 32 Goes Einddatum: 07/10/2026 **Waar kom je binnen?*** Je gaat aan de slag op de afdeling somatiek binnen Ter Valcke, waar in totaal 16 cliënten met een lichamelijke beperking wonen. Samen met je collega persoonlijk begeleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor ieder 8 cliënten. Hierin werken jullie nauw samen en versterken jullie elkaar door te overleggen en te sparren. Goede samenwerking, betrokkenheid en oog voor de cliënt staan hierbij centraal. Je bent van maandag tot en met zondag inzetbaar voor zowel dag- als avonddiensten. De dagdiensten zijn van 07.30 tot 15.00 uur en de avonddiensten van 15.00 tot 22.00 of 23.00 uur. Incidenteel kan het voorkomen dat je een halve dienst werkt van 07.30 tot 12.30 uur. **Wat ga je doen?*** Jouw meest voorkomende werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Persoonlijke verzorging en begeleiding van cliënten met lichamelijke beperkingen - Opstellen en onderhouden van de zorgplannen - Plannen en houden van MDO's en evaluaties - Verzorgen van opnames - Stimuleren en coachen van collega's in het team - Eerste contactpersoon voor 8 cliënten - Afstemmen met familie en betrokkenen De afwisseling in deze functie en het persoonlijke contact met cliënten maken jouw werk waardevol.
