Wat ga je doen? Op de Anreperstraat wonen bewoners in een vrijstaande boerderij, voornamelijk in éénkamerappartementen. De groep verschilt in leeftijd, ontwikkelingsniveau en ondersteuningsvraag. Dat betekent dat je voortdurend schakelt tussen verschillende begeleidingsstijlen en situaties.

Als persoonlijk begeleider kijk je goed naar de persoon achter het gedrag en stem je jouw begeleiding af op wat de bewoner op dat moment nodig heeft. Je biedt structuur, duidelijkheid en nabijheid en weet professioneel te handelen wanneer er sprake is van complex gedrag. Samen met je collegas zorg je voor rust, veiligheid en een prettig leefklimaat.

Daarnaast heb je een belangrijke coördinerende rol. Je stelt zorgplannen op, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt voor continuïteit in de ondersteuning. Je onderhoudt actief contact met verwanten en andere betrokkenen rondom de bewoner en stemt regelmatig af over de begeleiding. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, houdt overzicht en denkt mee over de kwaliteit.
