Echte zorg ontstaat wanneer mensen elkaar écht zien. Niet vanuit regels of protocollen, maar vanuit oprechte aandacht. Bij ons krijgen professionals het vertrouwen én de verantwoordelijkheid om te doen wat nodig is. Ze denken niet vóór mensen, maar mét mensen.

En dat zie je terug in alles wat we doen. In onze diverse woonvormen en dagbesteding verspreid over Limburg, creëren ruim 230 bevlogen medewerkers op 13 locaties ruimte voor zo’n 230 cliënten. Ruimte om te leven. Ruimte om zichzelf te zijn.

Binnen team Nederweert hebben we plek voor een Persoonlijk begeleider, uren in overleg

Wie zoeken wij:

- Iemand die ervaring heeft in het begeleiden van mensen met een beperking.

- Iemand die ervaring heeft met gedragsproblematieken en hiernaar kan handelen. Doelgroep is bekend met autisme, psychiatrische en verslavingsproblematieken.

- Iemand die opgeleid is op minimaal MBO niveau 4.

- Iemand die kritisch kijkt naar eigen handelen en het handelen in het team

- Iemand die onze kernwaardes: vertrouwen, respect en eigenaarschap onderstreept

Wat ga je doen?

Jij ondersteunt hen bij het dagelijks leven en helpt ze de dingen die nodig zijn om de regie op het eigen leven zoveel mogelijk te behouden ondanks de beperkingen.

Je biedt structuur en aandacht. Je biedt de juiste ondersteuning die bijdraagt aan een waardig en zinvol leven.

Naast jouw inzet voor de groep, werk je als persoonlijk begeleider ook een-op-een met een van de cliënten.

Samen met hem werk je aan zijn persoonlijke doelen. Ook ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor familie en ketenpartners, samen met de teamleider en gedragswetenschapper.

Binnen dit team worden slaap- en onregelmatige diensten gedraaid.
