Grensarbeid zoekt voor SGL/Relim een (persoonlijk) begeleider wonen WBC Tiny houses in Bunde.

Je krijgt de kans om mee te bouwen, mee te denken en jouw stempel te drukken op de manier van werken. SGL krijgt een uniek woonconcept in Bunde. Op het terrein van WBC Aan de Pas worden in najaar 2026 12 Tiny Houses geplaatst.

Over de bewonersgroep Je begeleidt een zelfstandige en actieve groep cliënten met NAH. Zij staan midden in het leven, bewegen zich makkelijk voort (eventueel met een rolstoel) en vragen ondersteuning op momenten dat het nodig is. Dit maakt je werk afwisselend en waardevol: je bent niet continu ‘aan’, maar juist van grote betekenis wanneer jouw hulp gevraagd wordt.

Bij ons wonen mensen in hun eigen tiny house, in de nabijheid van de woonlocatie Aan de Pas van SGL met fijne gezamenlijke ruimtes die we samen onderhouden. Bewoners, naasten, vrijwilligers en medewerkers nemen hierin samen verantwoordelijkheid. De wensen van de bewoner staan centraal: samen bepalen we welke ondersteuning nodig is, waarbij we uitgaan van eigen regie, het netwerk en slimme inzet van zorgtechnologie. Jij vervult hierin een belangrijke, verbindende rol.

Je houdt van zelfstandig werken en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor “jouw” dienst. Je schakelt moeiteloos wanneer er een alarm binnenkomt en weet goed prioriteiten te stellen, ook als je overzicht moet houden over meerdere woningen. Met jouw klinische blik signaleer je risico’s op tijd en handel je daar proactief naar. Daarnaast werk je graag met innovatieve hulpmiddelen, zoals domotica, die jou ondersteunen in je werk.

Verder beschik je over een diploma Verzorgende IG (VIG) of mbo-4 Verpleegkunde.
