Teil- oder Vollbeschäftigung beim Sozialhilfeverband Eferding

Dienstbeginn: nach Vereinbarung

Funktionslaufbahn: GD20 + Pflegezuschlag §193a Z.3 + Pflegebonus Bund (2023)

Aufgaben:

o alle Tätigkeiten, die im Berufsbild und den Tätigkeitsbereichen nach dem Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegegesetz vorgesehen sind

o Mitwirkung an und Durchführung der von Angehörigen des gehobenen Dienstes für Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege übertragenen Pflegemaßnahmen

o Mitwirkung /-arbeit in der Grundpflege

besondere und unbedingt zu erfüllende Aufnahmevoraussetzungen:

o abgeschlossene Ausbildung "Pflegeassistent/in" nach dem Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegegesetz

erwünschte Voraussetzungen:

o Erfahrung in der elektronischen Pflegedokumentation (vorzugsweise Softwareprodukt CareCenter) sowie allg. EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office)

o evtl. Zusatzausbildung: Validation, Basale Stimulation, Kinästhetik, Palliative Care, Praktikumsbegleitung etc.

o Verständnis im Umgang mit älteren Menschen und deren Angehörigen

o Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikations- und Konfliktfähigkeit

o Selbstständigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität

o Bereitschaft zur Leistung eines unregelmäßigen Turnusdienstes mit Wochenend-, Feiertags- und Nachtdiensten, Bereitschaftsdienst

o Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung

Allfällige Kosten (Fahrtspesen usw.) im Zusammenhang mit dem Auswahlverfahren werden nicht ersetzt.
