Ihre Aufgaben als Pflegeassistent:in mit Herz und Hand:

- Begleitung und Unterstützung der Bewohner/innen im Alltag mit Aufmerksamkeit, Respekt und einem offenen Ohr

- Qualifizierte Pflege und Alltagsbetreuung der Bewohner/innen

- Vielfältige organisatorische Tätigkeiten

- Dokumentation der Pflegemaßnahmen, sorgfältig und gewissenhaft weil gute Pflege sichtbar sein soll

- Wertschätzende Kommunikation

- Mitgestaltung eines liebevollen, sicheren Umfelds, in dem sich alle wohl und gut aufgehoben fühlen

Ihr Profil:

- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegeassistent:in nach GuKG

- Eintrag im Gesundheitsberuferegister

- Deutschkenntnisse (Niveau B2)

- Teamgeist, Verlässlichkeit und ein liebevoller Umgang mit Menschen

- Freude an Kommunikation, Mitgestaltung und echter Zusammenarbeit
