VITA ist ein mobiler Demenzbegleitungsdienst, durch welchen Menschen mit mild bis mittelgradigen demenziellen Erkrankungen die Möglichkeit gegeben werden soll, so lange wie möglich zu Hause im gewohnten Umfeld verbleiben zu können.

Wir fördern die vorhandenen Fähigkeiten und Fertigkeiten von Menschen mit Demenz, damit deren Selbständigkeit so lange wie möglich erhalten bleibt und diese an Lebensqualität und Lebensfreude gewinnen.

Angehörigen von Menschen mit Demenz bieten wir wohlverdiente Entlastung und Unterstützung.

Im Zuge unserer sozialen Alltagsbegleitung begleiten und unterstützen wir ältere Menschen zu Hause in Ihrem gewohnten Alltag und bieten Ihnen die Möglichkeit wieder an der Gesellschaft teilzuhaben, damit Einsamkeit, soziale Isolation und Verlassenheitsgefühle keine Chance haben. 1 Pflegeassistent/in für mobile Demenz- & Alltagsbegleitung Einsatzort: St. Veit an der Glan und Umgebung

Ausmaß: 15-30 Wochenstunden (Teilzeit)im Rahmen von Montag bis Freitag in der Zeit von 8-18 Uhr

Eintrittsdatum: Ab sofort

Wir suchen eine einfühlsame und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit, die einen älteren Menschen mit Demenz im Alltag strukturiert, mobil begleitet und im Haushalt unterstützt. Das Ziel ist es, demenzerkrankten Menschen ein selbstbestimmtes Leben in den eigenen vier Wänden zu ermöglichen und pflegende Angehörige zu entlasten.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

* Alltagsbegleitung: Strukturierung des Tagesablaufs, Gedächtnistraining und Aktivierung.

* Haushaltsführung: Unterstützung bei der Reinigung, beim Wäschewaschen und Kochen.

* Besorgungen: Erledigung von Einkäufen und Begleitung zu Arztterminen oder Spaziergängen.

* Basisversorgung: Unterstützung bei der alltäglichen Lebensführung und Körperpflege im Rahmen der Pflege Assistenten-Kompetenzen.

Das bringen Sie mit

* Qualifikation: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegeassistenz (inkl. Registrierung im Gesundheitsberuferegister) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich der Demenzbegleitung / Personenbetreuung

* Erfahrung: Erfahrung im Umgang mit älteren Menschen und oder mit demenziellen Erkrankungen ist Voraussetzung

* Persönlichkeit: Hohes Einfühlungsvermögen, Geduld, psychische Belastbarkeit und absolute Zuverlässigkeit

* Mobilität: Führerschein B und eigener Pkw zur Erreichung der Einsatzorte zwingend erforderlich

Einstufung je nach Vordienstzeiten ab ca. € 2.676,40,- brutto auf Basis Vollzeit
