Das Hilfswerk Salzburg zählt zu den größten Arbeitgebern im sozialen Dienstleistungsbereich des Bundeslandes Salzburg. Dazu zählen sämtliche Dienstleistungen in den Bereichen Pflege, Soziale Arbeit und Pädagogik. Von mobiler Hauskrankenpflege und mobiler Heimhilfe über Seniorenpflegeheime bis hin zu Jugendarbeit, Kinderbetreuungseinrichtungen und Tageseltern. Rund 1.300 Mitarbeiter*innen begleiten Menschen aller Generationen im Alltag - kompetent, verlässlich und mit großem Engagement.

Aufgabenbereich:

* Durchführung pflegerischer Maßnahmen im häuslichen Umfeld der Kund*innen

* Hilfestellung im Alltag und laufende Beobachtung des Gesundheitszustandes

* Schaffung von Begegnungsräumen mit Angehörigen und Freunden

* Förderung des Wohlbefindens und Selbstständigkeit der betreuten Personen

* Enge Abstimmung und aktive Zusammenarbeit im Team

* Fachgerechte Erfassung aller relevanten Informationen mittels digitaler Pflegedokumentation

Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegeassistenz gemäß GuKG oder FSB

* Hohe soziale Kompetenz, Empathie und wertschätzender Umgang mit Menschen

* Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit

* Sicherer Umgang mit pflegerischen Standards sowie digitalen Dokumentationssystemen

Bezahlung:

Die Anstellung erfolgt im Rahmen des Kollektivvertrages der Sozialwirtschaft Österreich in der VWG 5. Das Mindestgehalt beträgt auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung (37 Wochenstunden) brutto EUR 3.227,44 (inkl. SEG Zulage und EEZG). Die tatsächliche Einstufung ergibt sich aus den anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten.
