Die Seniorenhilfe "Junge Panther" steht für ein würdevolles, selbstbestimmtes Leben im eigenen Zuhause.Wir sind ein unabhängiger gemeinnütziger Verein und betreuen pflegebedürftige Menschen in deren Wohnraum.Unser Ziel ist es, Menschen dabei zu unterstützen, ihre Lebensqualität in ihrer gewohnten Umgebung zu bewahren. Wir suchen 1 Pflegeassistent:innen

Arbeitgeber: Seniorenhilfe "Junge Panther"

Standort: Wien

Beschäftigungsausmaß: [Vollzeit/Teilzeit]

Eintrittsdatum: [Nach Vereinbarung]

Verdienst: 2.676,40 € brutto monatlich (laut Kollektivvertrag der Sozialwirtschaft Österreich - SWÖ, mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung)

Ihre Aufgaben

* Durchführung von pflegerischen Maßnahmen im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Vorgaben (§83 GuKG)

* Unterstützung bei der Körperpflege, Mobilisation und Nahrungsaufnahme

* Mithilfe bei therapeutischen und diagnostischen Maßnahmen unter Anleitung der DGKP

* Förderung der Selbstständigkeit der Klient*innen

* Dokumentation der durchgeführten Tätigkeiten

* Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Berufsgruppen (DGKP, Ärzt:innen, Heimhilfen)

* Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsrichtlinien

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegeassistenz gemäß Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegegesetz (GuKG)

* Erste Erfahrungen in der Hauskrankenpflege oder stationären Pflege von Vorteil

* Empathie, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit

* Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
