Die Sozialen Dienste Burgenland sind zukünftig für die mobile Betreuung und Pflege in der Pflegeregion Trausdorf zuständig und gewährleisten somit die regionale Versorgungssicherheit in der mobilen Pflege. Unser zentrales Anliegen ist es, ein würdevolles und angenehmes Leben in den eigenen vier Wänden für unsere Klient:innen zu ermöglichen. Dafür suchen wir ab sofort 1 Pflegeassistenz (m/w/d) - Mobile Pflege Pflegeregion Trausdorf, 18,5 - 27,75 Wochenstunden (50 - 75%)

Wie Sie den Menschen helfen / Ihre Aufgaben

* Sie betreuen pflegebedürftiger Menschen unter Anleitung und Aufsicht des diplomierten Pflegepersonals im häuslichen Umfeld

* Sie unterstützen zukünftig die Tagesgäste in der Senior:innentagesstätte und sind für die Durchführung diverser Aktivitäten verantwortlich

* Die Umsetzung und das Einhalten des Pflegeprozesses und Pflegestandards ist die Grundlage Ihres Arbeitsspektrums

* Die sorgfältige Dokumentation der Pflege und Betreuung sowie verlässliche Informationsweitergabe gehören zu Ihren Aufgaben

* Sie sind Teil eines multiprofessionellen Teams, das sich gegenseitig unterstützt und die Klient:innen in den Mittelpunkt stellt

Was Sie mitbringen / Ihr Profil

* Sie besitzen den Nachweis zur fachlich abgeschlossenen Ausbildung zur Pflegeassistenz gemäß GuKG

* Ihre Qualifikation ist im Gesundheitsberufsregister eingetragen

* Sie besitzen einen Führerschein B

* Sie unterstützen das Team innerhalb eines abwechslungsreichen Arbeitsspektrums

* Ein gutes Klima sowie herzliche Zusammenarbeit sind Ihnen ebenso wichtig wie uns

Unser Angebot

Das Einstiegsgehalt richtet sich nach dem SWÖ-Kollektivvertrag 2026 und beträgt mind. € 3.559,96 brutto bei Vollzeit inkl. Zulagen. Ihre facheinschlägigen Vordienstzeiten werden selbstverständlich angerechnet, sodass wir gemeinsam ein faires und attraktives Gehalt festlegen.
