In unserem Pflegezentrum Graz mit schönem Atriumgartenn und eigenem Fitnesscenter sorgen wir für die bestmögliche Lebensqualität der betreuten Menschen. Die 95 Bewohner:innen sollen diesen Lebensabschnitt in Sicherheit und Geborgenheit bei uns verbringen. Mit vielen Aktivitäten bringen wir Abwechslung in ihr Leben. Unsere Näher am Menschen-Programme unterstützen uns bei der Pflege und Betreuung.

Werde Teil unseres Teams im SeneCura Pflegezentrum Graz in Teilzeit (bis zu 30 Wochenstunden) als 1 Pflegeassistenz (PA) (m/w/d)

Meine Aufgaben - Näher am Menschen

* Durchführung bzw. Mitwirken bei Pflege- und Betreuungsmaßnahmen

* Sicherstellung höchster Pflegequalität nach SeneCura Standard - die Selbstbestimmung und Würde der Bewohner:innen immer im Blick

* Förderung, Wiederherstellung und Erhaltung der aktiven Lebensgestaltung der Bewohner:innen (Tagesstruktur, Aktivitäten, etc.)

* Mitwirken bei der Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter:innen

* Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungs- und Pflichtbewusstsein sowie Organisationstalent

* Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen, respektvoller und wertschätzender Umgang mit Bewohner:innen, Familien und Kolleg:innen

* Geübter Umgang mit digitalen Dokumentations-Tools

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegeassistenz bzw. Nostrifikation in Österreich und Eintragung in das Gesundheitsberuferegister

* Das monatliche Bruttogehalt beträgt nach Anrechnung von 10 Dienstjahren EUR 3.439,94 (VWG 5, Stufe 6 - Vollzeit, SWÖ-KV, inkl. SEG Zulage, Pflegebonus, Aufzahlung KV) zzgl. variabler Zulagen und Zuschläge. Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt (abhängig von Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation) besprechen wir gerne im Rahmen eines persönlichen Gesprächs

* Neu in der Pflege, Quereinstieg oder umgeschult? Wir rechnen 50% bis zu einem Ausmaß von 10 Jahren fachfremder Berufserfahrung an.
