Zur Erweiterung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort 1 Pflegeassistenz (w/m/d) Ihre Aufgaben:

· Pflege und Betreuung der BewohnerInnen auf höchstem Niveau

· Individuelle und fürsorgliche Begleitung der zu Pflegenden nach persönlicher Biographie und den Gesamtbedürfnissen des Hauses entsprechend

· Umsetzung der Pflegekonzepte und Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Pflegerichtlinien

Ihre Qualifikationen und Stärken:

· Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegeassistenz nach dem GuKG und erste Berufserfahrung

· Eintragung im Gesundheitsregister

· Freude im Umgang mit älteren und pflegebedürftigen Menschen

· Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität (Bereitschaft für Wochenend- und Nachtdienste)

· Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Genauigkeit

· Kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit positiver und sympathischer Ausstrahlung

Bezahlung erfolgt nach SWÖ-Kollektivvertrag (BAGS): Mindestbruttogehalt € 2.608,60 für Vollzeittätigkeit zuzüglich variable Zuschläge (Sonn-/Feiertagszuschlag sowie Nachtdienstzulage, Arbeitsbereitschaft); je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine deutliche Überzahlung möglich.
