Ihre Aufgaben:

* Erkennen und Erheben pflegefachlicher Bildungs- und Entwicklungsbedarfe

* Ableitung und Entwicklung geeigneter Bildungsmaßnahmen in Abstimmung mit Führungskräften, Qualitätsmanagement und HR

* Planung, Konzeption, Organisation und Durchführung pflegefachlicher Aus- und Fortbildungen

* Entwicklung und Aufbereitung fachlich fundierter, zielgruppengerechter Bildungsinhalte

* Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung organisationsweiter pflegefachlicher Kompetenzmodelle und Lernpfade

* Sicherstellung des Transfers von aktuellen pflegefachlichen Erkenntnissen und Standards in die Praxis

* Schnittstelle zu Ausbildungsstätten bei organisationsweiten Fragestellungen

Das bringen Sie mit:

* Qualifikation in Pflegepädagogik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

* Pflegefachliche Expertise und Berufserfahrung in Pflege und Betreuung, idealerweise Kenntnis der Mäeutik

* Erfahrung in Konzeption und Durchführung von Schulungen, Trainings und Workshops

* Kompetenz in Training on the Job und arbeitsplatznahem Lernen

* Hohe Kommunikations- Kooperations- und Vernetzungsfähigkeit

* Digitale Kompetenz und Offenheit für innovative sowie KI-gestützter Lernformate

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
