Meine Aufgaben

Wegbereiter:in sein

* Leitung und Organisation der Station mit Schwerpunkt mobilisierende Rehabilitation und psychosoziale Rehabilitation im Kinder- und Jugendbereich

* Sicherstellung einer hochwertigen Pflegequalität, unter Berücksichtigung der individuellen Bedürfnisse und des Wohlbefindens der jungen Patienten:innen

* Förderung der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzt:innen, Therapeut:innen und Pädagog:innen

* Koordination und Überwachung von Pflege- und Betreuungsprozessen sowie Erhebung und Auswertung pflegerelevanter Kennzahlen

* Anleitung und Weiterentwicklung des Pflegepersonals, Förderung von Fort- und Weiterbildungen im Team

* Begleitung und Beratung der Familien der Patient:innen während des gesamten Behandlungsprozesses

* Vertretung der Pflegedienstleitung bei deren Abwesenheit

* Unterstützung der Pflegedienstleitung bei der Personaleinsatzplanung und Dienstplankoordination

Mein Profil

Wegerfahrung mitbringen

* Berufsberechtigung für die Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege lt. GuKG

* Berufsberechtigung für Führungsaufgaben lt. §26 GuKG wünschenswert

* Berufserfahrung im Kinder- und Jugendbereich

* Ausbildung "Akademische:r Experte:in in der Kinder- und Jugendlichenpflege" oder die Ausbildung "Akademische:r Expterte:in in der psychiatrischen Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege

* Wertschätzende, ambitionierte und empathische Führungspersönlichkeit

* Durchsetzungsvermögen und Innovationsgeist

* Organisationstalent und Kommunikationsstärke

* Lösungsbegabung und Entscheidungskompetenz

* Bereitschaft für die Übernahme von Diensten und Mitarbeit im Pflegedienst
