Ihre Aufgaben

- Pflege und Betreuung mit Herz und Fachkompetenz

- Unterstützung im Alltag und Begleitung zu Terminen

- Mitgestaltung individueller Betreuungspläne

- Vielfältige organisatorische Tätigkeiten

- Mitwirkung bei der ganzheitlichen Betreuung und Pflege

- Durchführung und Dokumentation von pflegerischen Maßnahmen gemäß dem Berufsbild PFA

- Unterstützung bei der medizinischen Behandlungspflege nach ärztlicher Anordnung

- Mitgestaltung eines wertschätzenden und wohnlichen Umfeldes

- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg*innen, Angehörigen und anderen Berufsgruppen

Ihr Profil

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachassistenz (PFA) und Eintragung im Gesundheitsberuferegister

- Deutschkenntnisse (Niveau B2)

- Freude an der Arbeit mit pflegebedürftigen Menschen

- Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamgeist und Einfühlungsvermögen
