Das Seniorenwohnheim Stadtwald ist ein Dienstleistungsunternehmen der Stadt Sankt Pölten. Wir bieten Menschen, die Pflege- und Betreuung benötigen einen Platz zum Leben und Wohnen seit mittlerweile über 30 Jahren.

Wir suchen ab sofort: 1 Pflegefachassistent:in/FSOB Stundenausmaß: 40 Wochenstunden

Aufgabenbereiche

Umsetzen der Maßnahmen zur bestmöglichen pflegerischen Versorgung, Behandlung und Betreuung von

Bewohner:innen im Rahmen des gesetzlichen Berufsbildes nach den Bestimmungen des GuKG (3. Hauptstück)

* Umsetzen des Pflegekonzeptes

* Mitwirken beim Umsetzen des Pflegeprozesses und die dazugehörige Dokumentation

* Zusammenarbeit in einem multiprofessionellen Team

* Aufbau- und Neuimplementierung des Berufszweiges mit Berücksichtigung der ausgewiesenen Kompetenzen

Anforderungen

* Teamfähigkeit

* Kommunikations- und Konfliktfähigkeit

* Hohe soziale Kompetenz - freundlicher und wertschätzender Umgang mit Bewohner:innen und Angehörigen und Kolleg:innen

Aufnahmebedingungen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung für die Pflegefachassistenz

* einwandfreies Vorleben

* körperliche Eignung

* österr. Staatsbürgerschaft oder Staatsbürgerschaft eines EU- oder EWR-Mitgliedsstaates
