Für unseren Wohnverbund in Saalfelden suchen wir ab sofort

Pflegefachkräfte

mit einem Beschäftigungsausmaß von 20 - 33 h/Woche, unbefristet.

Worum geht's?

* Sie unterstützen Menschen mit Behinderungen im Alltag (Haushalt, Gestaltung von Freizeitaktivitäten, Unterstützung in der

Basisversorgung, pflegerische Maßnahmen) und stellen deren individuelle Bedürfnisse in den Fokus Ihrer Tätigkeit ("Personenzentriertes

Arbeiten").

* Schaffung von gesellschaftlichen Teilhabemöglichkeiten unter Berücksichtigung der Bedürfnisse der Bewohner:innen.

* Ziel ist dabei die Förderung und Erhaltung einer größtmöglichen Selbständigkeit aller Bewohner:innen.

Was bringen Sie dafür mit?

* Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als FSB BA, FSB AA (Verwendungsgruppe 6)

* Freude an Mitgestaltung und selbstorganisiertem Arbeiten

* Bereitschaft zu Teildiensten sowie zu Nacht- und Wochenenddiensten

* Freude an der Arbeit in einem engagierten, unterstützenden Team

Bezahlung lt. SWÖ-KV 2026 auf Basis Vollzeit, in Verwendungsgruppe 6, jeweils 14 x jährlich ab Euro 3.114,- brutto monatlich. inkl. SEG-Zulage, zuzüglich Zulagen für spezielle Dienste und gegebenenfalls Pflegezuschuss.

Das tatsächliche Entgelt ist abhängig von anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten.
