Droogbouwmonteur | Plaatsing & interieur Geen dag dezelfde werf

Liever onderweg naar een nieuwe werf dan elke dag op dezelfde plek? En krijg je meer energie van iets maken dan van de hele dag hetzelfde trucje herhalen?

Dan is dit een job om te ontdekken.

Als gyprocplaatser trek je samen met een vaste collega naar verschillende projecten in Vlaanderen. Vandaag werk je misschien aan een kantoor, morgen aan een hotel en later aan een groot project waar je met plezier over vertelt.

Wat ga je doen? Je werkt mee aan uiteenlopende projecten binnen de droogbouw. Daarbij krijg je de kans om je technische kennis steeds verder uit te breiden. Jouw taken:

  • Je plaatst wanden en plafonds in gipskarton
  • Je voert schrijnwerk uit binnen de droogbouw
  • Je werkt mee aan projecten in kantoren, hotels, apotheken en utiliteitsbouw
  • Je denkt mee over de technische uitvoering op de werf
  • Je leert verschillende droogbouwtechnieken kennen en past ze toe

Droogbouw is bovendien veel meer dan alleen gyproc. Je komt ook in aanraking met akoestische wanden, plafonds, binnenschrijnwerk, vloersystemen en isolatie.

Dat betekent: nieuwe projecten, nieuwe uitdagingen en telkens iets om bij te leren.

Waar ga je werken? Waar kom je terecht? Je gaat aan de slag bij een familiaal bouwbedrijf uit Tielt dat al sinds 1944 actief is.

Wat begon als een bouwmaterialenhandel groeide uit tot een brede bouwpartner met ongeveer 200 à 250 medewerkers. Binnen de afdeling droogbouw werk je met een eigen plaatsingsteam aan projecten van verschillende omvang.

De sfeer is praktisch en toegankelijk. Je werkt met collega's die hun vak kennen, maar krijgt ook de ruimte om je eigen aanpak te ontwikkelen.

En doordat je telkens op een andere werf komt, blijft er voldoende te ontdekken.

Klaar om op pad te gaan? Wil je een job waarin je niet elke ochtend naar exact dezelfde werkplek vertrekt? Wil je met je eigen handen iets realiseren en tegelijk steeds beter worden in je vak? Dan is dit misschien de beweging die je zoekt.

  • Ervaring in de bouw of de motivatie om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen droogbouw
  • Technisch inzicht om een plan of schets te begrijpen
  • Een positieve, vlotte omgang en samenwerking met collega's en andere partijen op de werf
  • Een rijbewijs B
  • Bij voorkeur woon je in de regio Tielt
  • Ervaring met gipskarton, schrijnwerk of andere droogbouwtechnieken is mooi meegenomen
