Bij onze klant in Schoten – dé specialist in gietvloeren, schilder- en decoratiewerken – zoeken we een Meestergast die goesting heeft om projecten naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

Jouw rol als Meestergast:

  • Als Meestergast ben jij de spilfiguur op de werf. Je bent niet alleen technisch de beste, maar je bent ook de coach voor je team:
  • Leiden met het goede voorbeeld: Je plaatst zelf nog steeds met plezier beton ciré, mortex en microtopping, maar je stuurt je collega’s ondertussen moeiteloos aan.
  • Kwaliteitsbewaking: Jij bent de laatste check. Pas als jij zegt "dit is perfect", is het project klaar.
  • Organisatie & Planning: Je zorgt dat de voorbereidingen vlot lopen en dat de juiste producten op het juiste moment gemengd worden.
  • Aanspreekpunt: Je bent het gezicht van de firma op de werf, zowel voor particulieren als op industriële werven.
