The posting

Voor een interieurbedrijf in Lanaken zoeken we een plaatser maatwerkmeubilair met oog voor detail. Jij brengt exclusieve ontwerpen tot leven bij de klant. Of het nu gaat om een luxe villa of een hoogwaardig kantoorinterieur: jij zorgt voor een vlekkeloze montage en een perfect afgewerkt resultaat.

Wat houdt je dag in?

  • Je vertrekt vanuit het atelier in regio Lanaken. De werven liggen voornamelijk in Limburg, met af en toe uitstappen naar de kust of heel uitzonderlijk een project in het buitenland.
  • Je gaat meestal met 2 personen op pad om projecten op te starten, al werk je af en toe ook zelfstandig.
  • Je plaatst en monteert complex en luxueus maatwerk vakkundig aan de hand van technische tekeningen.
  • Je stemt af met de projectleider en andere vakmensen op de werf (elektriciens, loodgieters). Loopt iets anders? Je schakelt snel met het atelier voor een passende oplossing.
  • Je krijgt de kans om uit te groeien tot leidinggevende op de werf, waarbij je op termijn een ploeg van 2-3 man aanstuurt.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een echte gepassioneerd schrijnwerker met het juiste profiel:

  • Ervaring (Must!): Je beschikt over minstens 5 jaar ervaring als plaatser specifiek in de interieursector / maatwerk (ervaring in enkel ramen en deuren komt niet in aanmerking).
  • Je hebt ervaring met of gevoel voor luxe-afwerking en oog voor het kleinste detail.
  • Leidinggevend potentieel: Ervaring met aansturen is geen vereiste, maar je staat er voor open om een team (ploeg van 2-3) te leiden en wilt dit graag aanleren op de werf.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
  • De job is fysiek uitdagend (heffen, tilwerk, montage). Je hebt een goede fysieke conditie (geen aanslepende rug- of schouderklachten).
  • Je bent een doorzetter, communicatief en denkt in oplossingen in plaats van problemen.
