Voor een groeiend en stabiel bedrijf in Diest zijn we op zoek naar een Plaatser van trappen en deuren. Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar jouw motivatie en inzet zijn voor ons minstens even belangrijk.

Je komt terecht in de bouwsector, waar je samen met je collega's zorgt voor een kwalitatieve plaatsing bij klanten.

Jouw functie

Als plaatser sta je in voor het monteren en plaatsen van verschillende schrijnwerkelementen.

Jouw taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Het plaatsen en monteren van trappen en deuren.
  • Het correct opmeten en voorbereiden van de plaatsing.
  • Het uitvoeren van montage- en afwerkingswerken.
  • Het werken met verschillende hand- en elektrische gereedschappen.
  • Het zorgen voor een nette en kwalitatieve afwerking.
  • Het opvolgen van de veiligheidsvoorschriften op de werf.
  • Samenwerken met collega's om elke plaatsing tot een goed einde te brengen.
  • Problemen op de werf signaleren en mee zoeken naar een oplossing.

Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in team en krijgt de nodige begeleiding om het vak verder onder de knie te krijgen.

Voor deze functie zijn we vooral op zoek naar iemand met de juiste ingesteldheid.

Je:

  • bent gemotiveerd en hebt goesting om te werken;
  • hebt interesse in schrijnwerk, interieur of techniek;
  • werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail;
  • bent handig en werkt graag met je handen;
  • bent fysiek in staat om het werk uit te voeren;
  • kan zowel zelfstandig als in team werken;
  • bent betrouwbaar en komt afspraken na;
  • hebt een professionele werkhouding;
  • bent bereid om bij te leren en nieuwe technieken aan te leren.

Ervaring als plaatser, schrijnwerker of in de bouw is een pluspunt, maar geen absolute vereiste. Een goede motivatie, technische feeling en de wil om het vak te leren zijn minstens zo belangrijk.
