The posting

Werk je graag buiten aan zee en hou je ervan om alles vlot georganiseerd te laten verlopen? Voor een stranduitbating in Knokke-Zoute zoeken we een plagist die het overzicht bewaart en zorgt voor een perfecte strandbeleving voor de gasten.

Je start de dag met het uitzetten van ligbedden en strandstoelen zodat alles klaarstaat voor bezoekers. Doorheen de dag hou je het strandgedeelte ordelijk en overzichtelijk. Bij het einde van de dag zorg je samen met het team voor het opruimen van het materiaal.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor ongeveer 60 strandcabines en 500 ligbedden.

Daarnaast stuur je studenten aan en help je hen bij de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Je ontvangt klanten, verwerkt betalingen en zorgt ervoor dat alles correct verloopt.

Afhankelijk van de drukte en de weersomstandigheden kan je ook polyvalent ingezet worden, bijvoorbeeld ter ondersteuning van de barwerking.

Deze functie draait minder om fysieke kracht alleen en vooral om praktische organisatie, verantwoordelijkheidszin en het aansturen van mensen.

  • Je hebt een mature en verantwoordelijke ingesteldheid
  • Je bent niet bang om initiatief te nemen en beslissingen te maken op het terrein
  • Je kan studenten op een positieve en duidelijke manier aansturen
  • Je gaat correct om met betalingen en klantencontacten
  • Je werkt graag buiten en bent bestand tegen wisselende weersomstandigheden
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar tijdens het strandseizoen
  • Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar jouw verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en praktische aanpak zijn belangrijker
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk, georganiseerd en houdt steeds het overzicht tijdens drukke momenten op het strand.
