Je werkt zij aan zij met projectteams en bent een stevige sparringpartner voor projectleiders, directie en bestuur. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden Je belangrijkste werkzaamheden omvatten: - Opstellen, actualiseren, analyseren en bewaken van gemeentelijke grondexploitaties - Financieel-economisch adviseren binnen gebiedsontwikkelingen - Adviseren van projectleiders, directie en bestuur over financiële haalbaarheid, risico's, kansen en consequenties - Adviseren over en bewaken van de gemeentelijke grondportefeuille - Uitvoeren van haalbaarheidsstudies en scenarioanalyses - Beoordelen van verwervingskansen voor nieuwe locaties en grondtransacties - Adviseren over kostenverhaal conform de Omgevingswet - Bijdragen aan onderhandelingen met ontwikkelaars, woningcorporaties, grondeigenaren en particulieren - Leveren van inhoudelijke bijdragen aan beleidsdocumenten (onder meer Omgevingsvisie, Nota Grondbeleid en strategische visies) - Adviseren over fiscale aspecten van grondexploitaties (vennootschapsbelasting, btw) - Adviseren over financiële risico's, kansen en consequenties binnen gebiedsontwikkelingen Meerjarenprognose Grondexploitaties en Planning & Control - Bijdrage aan de Planning & Control-cyclus: actieve bijdrage aan actualisatie van de Meerjarenprognose Grondexploitaties (MPG) - Leveren van planeconomische input voor begroting en jaarrekening - Bewaken van financiële ontwikkelingen, risico's en afwijkingen binnen grondexploitaties - Adviseren in samenwerking met financië...
