Vos missions

Au sein du service projet et en collaboration étroite avec les chefs de projets, ingénieurs et équipes terrain, vous serez chargé(e) de : • Élaborer, mettre à jour et optimiser les plannings travaux (prévisionnels et détaillés). • Structurer les projets selon les méthodes WBS / PBS et définir les relations d’interdépendance entre les tâches. • Identifier les chemins critiques et anticiper les retards potentiels. • Participer à l’analyse des risques planning et proposer des solutions correctives. • Assurer la coordination entre les différents corps de métier (terrassement, béton, réseaux, ouvrages d’art…). • Préparer et animer les réunions de planification avec les équipes internes et les sous-traitants. • Assurer le reporting régulier auprès du chef de projet et de la direction. • Vérifier la cohérence entre planning, besoins en main-d’œuvre, matériel et matériaux. • Contribuer à la rédaction des documents de suivi et d’avancement.

Profil recherché

• Formation supérieure en génie civil, construction ou gestion de projet. • Une première expérience dans la planification de chantiers ou en conduite de travaux est un plus. • Maîtrise d’un outil de planification : MS Project, Primavera P6 ou équivalent. • Bonnes connaissances des processus de construction et des contraintes terrain. • Capacité à analyser, structurer et traduire des informations techniques en planning fiable. • Sens de l’organisation, rigueur et excellente communication.
