Voor een wereldwijd toonaangevende specialist, actief in meer dan 100 landen met ruim 18.000 collega’s ,leveren wij precisie-instrumenten en diensten voor toepassingen binnen o.a. onderzoek, productie en logistiek. Om ons team te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven en stressbestendige Planner.

Functieomschrijving

In de rol van Planner ben jij de spil van onze serviceafdeling. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze technici efficiënt worden ingezet en dat onze klanten snel en vakkundig worden geholpen.

Jouw belangrijkste taken:

  • Planning & Coördinatie: Je plant storingen, installaties en onderhoud in bij diverse klanten (van fabrikanten en laboratoria tot apotheken). Je zorgt dat de juiste technicus met de juiste briefing op de juiste plek komt.
  • Efficiëntie bewaken: Je optimaliseert de planning met het oog op het minimaliseren van reistijden en het maximaliseren van de service-uren bij de klant.
  • Aanspreekpunt: Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor zowel klanten als technici en verwerkt alle aanvragen nauwkeurig.
  • Interne communicatie: Je schakelt constant met de collega’s van verkoop en overlegt dagelijks met de teamleiders over de gang van zaken.
  • Proactief verbeteren: Je denkt actief mee over het optimaliseren van onze interne planningsprocessen.

Functie-eisen

Als Planner verlies jij nooit het overzicht, denk je in oplossingen en zie je een constant veranderende planning als een sport.

Wat we van je vragen:

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Je beschikt over een TSO-opleiding of hoger, aangevuld met enkele jaren aantoonbare ervaring als planner (bijvoorbeeld in personen- of goederenvervoer).
  • Beschikbaarheid: Je bent fulltime beschikbaar.
  • Systemen: Je hebt een goede ervaring met Microsoft Office. Ervaring met systemen zoals Salesforce of SAP is een grote pré.
  • Talenkennis: Je hebt een goede beheersing van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Competenties: Je bent communicatief sterk, organisatorisch onderlegd en blijft kalm en optimistisch bij last-minute wijzigingen of een hoge werkdruk.
  • Regio: Je bent bij voorkeur woonachtig in Vlaams-Brabant.
