Ben jij een geboren organisator die graag het overzicht houdt en energie krijgt van het coördineren van mensen, planningen en klantvragen? Dan is deze job als Planner in regio Aalst misschien wel jouw volgende uitdaging.

Als Planner ben jij de spil tussen onze servicetechniekers en klanten. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles efficiënt wordt ingepland en opgevolgd, zodat klanten steeds kunnen rekenen op een uitstekende service.

  • Je staat in voor de dagelijkse planning en coördinatie van een team van 30 tot 35 servicetechniekers.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, inventariseert hun behoeften en plant opdrachten efficiënt in.
  • Je volgt de uitvoering van de planning nauwgezet op. Je stuurt snel bij wanneer onvoorziene omstandigheden ontstaan, zoals ziekte, panne of dringende interventies.
  • Je werkt dagelijks met een planningstool en ERP-systeem om een optimale dienstverlening te garanderen.
  • Je bewaakt de volledige administratieve opvolging van opdrachten, van planning en werkbonnen tot de succesvolle afronding van de werkzaamheden.

Voor deze vacature van Planner zoeken we een klantgerichte en stressbestendige organisatietalent met een passie voor efficiëntie en dienstverlening.

  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring als planner, dispatcher of coördinator, bij voorkeur binnen een technische of servicegerichte omgeving.
  • Je communiceert vlot met zowel klanten als techniekers en denkt oplossingsgericht mee.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, behoudt het overzicht en weet prioriteiten te stellen in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met MS Office; ervaring met Business Central of een ander ERP-pakket is een sterke troef.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je behelpen in het Frans.
