Als planner bij SMT zorg jij dat alles rondom onderhoud en reparatie soepel verloopt. Jij bent degene die de planning maakt, het contact met klanten onderhoudt en de monteurs aanstuurt zodat zij altijd goed voorbereid op pad gaan. Een dag begint vaak met het nalopen van de agenda: welke onderhoudsbeurten staan er gepland, welke storingen zijn er binnengekomen, en waar liggen mogelijke knelpunten? Daarnaast ben je voor klanten het aanspreekpunt. Je luistert naar hun vragen en wensen, stelt de juiste vragen waar nodig en vertaalt dit naar een duidelijk plan van aanpak. Monteurs weten dankzij jouw voorbereiding precies wat ze te doen staat en klanten ervaren dat ze bij SMT in goede handen zijn.
